Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer flexible options to accommodate you. Please review our policy below:

Cancellations and Refunds:
You may cancel your booking and request a refund up to 48 hours before the event. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance. -
Ticket Transfers:
You may transfer your ticket to a different date or attendee up to 2 times. After two transfers, your ticket will no longer be valid. -
Groupon Bookings:
For events booked via Groupon, you are entitled to one ticket transfer only. If you prefer a refund, you will need to contact Groupon directly, as refunds for these bookings are handled through their platform. -
Private Events:
For private event bookings, any cancellation will result in the loss of your deposit, unless we are able to agree on a new date. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests where possible.

Corporate Bookings

Cancellations & Fees:
As the event is usually paid for after the fact, cancellation fees apply when an event is cancelled.
One Months Notice - £30 (our standard deposit)
Less than 3 weeks - 20% of final amount
Less than 2 weeks - 40% of final amount
Less than one week - 60% of final amount
Less than 48 hours - 80% of final amount
Less than 24 hours - Full amount
